At about 1:15 or 1:20, I was in the car and I thought I heard a voice from the 1960s telling us that "there is still plenty of time before the movie starts" to buy some sandwiches (or burgers, or something). Was that an insert, or was it a part of one of the songs?

Or, possibly, I am just losing my mind and imagined the whole thing.

Yes you heard the old drive-in ad. I have tons of them. You can find all sorts of stuff on archive.org (audio, video, literature, photography)
