Re the rain in Wakefield, I was talking to K 1870's Jeff just yesterday, and to my question about flooding, answered "oh yeah, really good, but for the second time,, so we're getting used to it". Or something close. The silver lining: Outside of the owners & staff's resilience, the Oct 17 flood caused them to replace all the porcelain in the bathrooms. So brand new gleaming whites!
