Today we have the pleasure of welcoming Rolf Klausener to the airwaves as co-host. As the songwriter and the singer for the Acorn Rolf creates beautiful, insightful songs that float over fantastic soundscapes notably on the group's latest album Vieux Loup. Rolf brings his interest in music and his own take on creativity to the show today asking great questions of Son of Dave and Israel of Blind Pilot. We talked to the group's songwriter Israel Nebeker about the wonderful uplifting music that makes up the group's latest album And Then Like Lions... and were surprised to hear that many of the themes explored tie back to the death of Israel's father and how he views the passing of his father from different perspectives and with a wide range of feelings.
