Reunions! The Randypeters and the Constantines (interviews and music)

It's the reunion show! The Randypeters was a four piece rock group that was a dominant force on the Ottawa scene all through the 1980s. The band is getting back together for a show at Zaphod Beeblebrox tomorrow night (Aug. 22) Rand Peppler (guitars) and Mick Kern (bass) dropped by to share stories about bygone days and what to expect on Friday. The Constantines are back together this summer after a four year hiatus from touring and recording. Guitarist Steve Lambke joins us to talk about why the Constantines needed a break and why the group is back together to play at Arboretum Festival on Saturday night (Aug. 23) at Arts Court. Get out and see some live music this week!
