Ah, yes. Mine's a front-wheel drive (Civic), and this much snow can be enough to stop it -- or make it be a bit ridiculous, anyway. Don't HAVE to go anywhere, so... Mind you, my bike ride also scratched.

Nice to hear that there's still an awful lot of new music available that doesn't audibly use autotune. I *hate* Bieber/Drake/etc. autotune. I'll turn off the durned song!

Another ones of my great shows: Feist, just back from Europe, at some small ground-floor dive on Bank Street, doing pretty well the whole of The Reminder with a mostly French band. Was absolutely astounding; probably no more than fifty people there. She became more famous because of this album.

Well, my problem with a lot of it has been a) a lack of notes, and b) being hectored by an American inner-city dude, or, worse, by one who's flashing gold and scantily-clad women. But I do like a lot of old-school stuff, mostly Black, but Beasty Boys included (humor, there), and some of the more accomplished stuff -- by people who know how to sing, often. So: stuck in the middle
