Nisse Anonby, aka Loch Nisse Monster, is the co-host of Thursday Special Blend and the Carleton Music Showcase on CKCU. 

Nisse is doing a degree at Carleton in Music performance with a minor in Arts Management. You may know her as the folk rock performer Loch Nisse Monster, or from her journalism and photography work with organizations like The Charlatan, Carleton's independent newspaper. Nisse is the founder of Loch Monster Media, an indie arts and entertainment initiative based in Ottawa, producing events like the popular Spring Indie Folk Fest. Thursday Special Blend airs on 83.1 FM every Thursday at 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The Carleton Music showcase airs on Mondays at 1 to 2 p.m.
