Celebrate the life and musical genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (actor Peter Duschenes) with conductor Boris Brott and your National Arts Centre Orchestra. For the first 10 years of his life, Mozart was on the road more than he was at home. He was fascinated by other cultures but never made it to North America. Join us on this musical adventure as we see how Mozart – child genius, rebel, explorer and dreamer – created great music under some amazing circumstances! Students will be invited to perform on recorder with their Orchestra the theme from Mozart’s Piano Sonata in A.
