More information: performer
Ophelia Syndrome is a five piece band out of Hamilton, Ontario. Ophelia Syndrome combines the lyrics and melodies of pianist/vocalist (sometimes guitarist) Deanna Wells, with the expressive cello lines of Trina Nadeau, the intense drumming of Adrian McFarlane, the stellar bass lines of Josh Kohler , and the sweetly melodic guitar riffs of Danielle Francis. Ophelia Syndrome creates a genre-flouting sound that is all their own; combining classical elements with rock, pop, jazz and folk. They released their first EP "Shades of Grey" May 2009 and are itching to get back into the studio to create their, much anticipated, second release. www.opheliasyndrome.com

Opening for Ophelia Syndrome, is STAIRWELL LEO. Ethereal songstress Amanda Cottreau and forefront guitarist Steve Perron create a fusion of raw/rugged acoustic alchemy. STAIRWELL LEO delivers a mulit-decade reincarnation of Classic Rock, Alternative & Folk favorites, blended seamlessly with their original acoustic creations. "Amanda has an elegant relaxed demeanour that is super stage sexy and Steve has a commanding watch-me personality with a hint of a sideways smile just holding back from the soul mirth waiting to burst out." - Mark Garland www.stairwellleo.com
