Music Event

We are calling all emcees, singers, beatboxers, etc. to join us in the name of Hip-HoP and celebrate the love of the art in an authentic and loving way. The intention of our series is to unite the many dope rappers we have from all across the city and to encourage the closet spittas to come out and shine or test the waters!

The cypher is meant to be an inclusive space. Hate of any form will not be tolerated.

If you are a producer or music maker in general and would like your beats showcased in our series, please send an email to capcitycyphers@gmail.com. If you are an artist looking to hit up the cypher or a Hip-Hop lover looking to just pass by, feel free to email us with any questions as well!

We won't tolerate harmful or disrespectful behaviour, including but not limited to racism, sexism, transphobia or ableism.

The Record Centre is a physically accessible venue, unfortunately the bathrooms are not.
