This two-hour workshop will include songwriting information and demonstrations, personal anecdotes and a "no holds barred" Q&A session. Janis will talk about lyrics, melody, harmony, chord progressions and song structures, with an emphasis on "how to be the best at songwriting". She will also discuss ways to nurture creativity and demonstrate techniques for effective stage presence and "stagecraft".
