Mixing maudlin finger-plucked acoustic narratives with life-affirming parables, Poltz is perhaps best known as the co-writer of Jewel’s pop hit “You were meant for me”. Poltz oozes charisma, and long ago cemented his reputation as a bit of an unhinged genius.
