Carleton University is celebrating Research Days, 33 days of outstanding and world-changing work from our innovative researchers. From March 18 to April 19, Carleton will be staging public lectures, conferences, films and project demonstrations to give the public an opportunity to experience the breadth and depth of research activities at the university.
Carleton Science Café features Physics Professor Alain Bellerive speaking on What Have We Learned from the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory? at the Wild Oak Café, 217 Bank St. at 6:30 p.m. The talk is free and open to the public. Seating is limited. Dr. Bellerive is the Canada Research Chair in Experiental Particle Physics and part of a vibrant team of Carleton physicists researching the nature of matter in the universe through two international collaborations: SNOLAB and ATLAS.
