This November marks Artawa’s 2 year anniversary! Artawa has invited local artists to contribute to “Our Ottawa”; a group exhibition of works featuring the artists’ interpretation of what Ottawa means to them.
Whether it be an actual painting of a neighbourhood, a well-loved Ottawa destination or celebrity, or even a beloved childhood memory, the only requirement subject-wise was that it had something to do with our nation’s capital and could be associated to a place on the map.
The artwork will be available for viewing as of November 1st, and the Vernissage will be held on November 22nd from 7pm-10pm.
