Hi All Listening in from home. Good luck with t he Big Bike ride—sorry I can’t be ther to see it. I’m running in the 10k this Saturday with other guided runners. If it rains, that’s ok—we’re not made of sugar! I hope someone plays “Rain In The Summertime” by the Alarm when we cross the finish line. Good to see that gently used shoes can still be donated.

Hi Pierre, CONGRATS on doing the 10K! So cool! Listening to the tips you just gave on racing. Keep an eye out for some ‘tethered’ athletes; we are blind/vision-imaaired runners who run with sighted guides. I’m in the ‘slow’ corral (smile).
