UK poet Malik Al Nasir marries words and music. He is visiting Carleton University to present a seminar, a workshop, and a spoken word performance this Friday, Sept. 23. Bluegrass band Maple Hill debut their brand new CD. Singer/bassist Pat Moore brings the master recording in to CKCU for a world radio premiere. Country songbird Kelly Prescott teams up with guitar picker Anders Drerup to present "Grievous Angel" the songs of Gram Parsons at the Black Sheep Inn Saturday Sept. 24. Kelly calls in from a roadside somewhere in southern Ontario.
