Tonight we showcased the music of Rafael & Energia Dominicana; a Dominican-Canadian singer, songwriter based in Montreal. Rafael is promoting his latest album, "Enamorarse en la playa" which consists of 13 original songs- Merengue, bachata, salsa and more! while some tracks can get you dancing, others can encourage meditation, such as the need to fight for a better world, friendship, and the importance of think, and work to end violence against women.
A few months ago we had the pleasure of speaking with Rafael over the phone about his music and his latest album that is available online. Today, Rafael is promoting the launch of his latest YouTube video and single, "Margarita".
