Songs filled with spring serotonin + Mary Hopkin
Despite having gorgeous spring weather the last week, Ottawa has fallen back in a chilly slump :(
But don't worry! I'm here to bring back some of that spring serotonin with some feel-good indie folk and indie pop tunes to get you in the spirit. Here's hoping that the sunny weather makes a prompt return.
The spotlight artist for this week is Welsh folk-pop artist Mary Hopkin, and you may be familiar with her already as she had quite a few hits back in the late 60s and early 70s. When the sunny weather comes back, be sure to go out and smell the roses (or whatever tulips from the tulip festival are left... 🌷).

Great spring show! Always thought "Those Were the Days" sounds like a slow polka. :-0
