Congrats on the first episode! Enjoying the jams so far. :) I was disappointed how it seems Value Village has pared back the Halloween costume selection last time I went, but thrifting is definitely still the way to go for costumes and there are some cute local shops in the city. Best of luck with the Corpse Bride costume if you decide to go for it!

No doubt your teachers questioned my parenting when you showed up dressed as Corpse Bride in Grade 1. You loved Tim Burton and Halloween from a young age and it made you happy, which is all that matters.

AND HA! I have in past dressed up .... um .... in ways to make for wondering. 'Bart Bell', Tinker's messed up cousin with busted tooth, too small ratty teeshirt and crumpled tinfoil wings ... 'Dangerous Electrical Situation' picture a bunch of overloaded wires and plug octopi, electric tape, etc. Hmmmm..... maybe 'Bad Commercial Radio' ... that would be scary. q;^)

Hi Nicky! I remember you from my lesson hear show :) I agree with what you said about value village and thrifting for halloween - way less expensive than getting a whole set at spirit halloween. typically I go to spirit halloween because they have nice wigs and specific accessories, but still pricey. I'm still contemplating what to dress as, but so far corpse bride, lydia deetz, and elaine from "the love witch" are my choices right now
