The Arms Scam - The bloated industry that ate the US budget

The Women Legislators' Lobby (WiLL) was developed to bring women politicians from the US states to Washington DC to lobby their members of Congress. In 1999, during the Clinton administration, Rivers and Orrock schooled the WiLL delegates on how the arms industry colonized the US national budget. As of 2025, the numbers are bigger but the scam remains the same, as Trump's budget bill discards the remnants of domestically essential spending in favour of welfare for the arms industry.
