On today's show we're playing music from local artists playing CityFolk this year, Kevin Schofield and Allana Sterling. We talk about a new BC ruling where the British Columbia Provincial Court held that the Lower Nicola Indian Band (LNIB) can prosecute individuals in court for violating its land code. We touch on Gaza Ceasefire talks, there is talk of peace in the Ukraine war coming from the Prime Minister of India, who has met with both Putin and Zelensky, let's hope something can come of this and where is this perspective these days in the west, nothing but a constant beating of the drums of war from the US and Canada in our government and mainstream media. We also talk about the arcane new restrictions in Afghanistan, additional restrictions such as women having to cover their faces, men must grow their beards, women can not travel by taxi, car, without a male guardian, even the banning of music now by the Taliban.
