It is time for the Annual CKCU Funding Drive! Please donate if you can in support of radio that supports community here in Ottawa. Songs for the Revolution and CKCU support local artists, local events, local organizations all to strengthen our community. Please donate in the next 2 weeks, between now and November 13th, indicate your support for Songs for the Revolution, another show you listen to or all CKCU Shows when you donate. Whatever you're comfortable donating would greatly appreciated and please also help spread the word about the funding drive! Tuesday Special Blend Host Jeff Larocque is holding a fundraising event at the Redbird on Bank St. this weekend, with Johnny Vegas, comedian Kafir Nesrallah and a "Who" Tribute band, if you want to attend an event in support of CKCU.
