And then his 90th birthday comes next week on April 29. Yeeehaaaa, what a celebration / party this is gonna be !!!!!

Joined late. But did catch the Susan Werner version of Mercy Mercy. Totally agree! Terrific, reverent and sadly still relevant. And, as I do seem to type sooo often on CKCU, it takes a LOT of guts to cover such a classic masterpiece. And not be just lame. She OWNS it. (Apologies ... or not ... to regulars here who see me type almost same words about covers too often.)
