Pete Seeger – who died in 2014 at age 94 – was a folksinger, musician, songwriter, author and activist at the vanguard of the folk revival from the 1940s until his death. Virtually all of us who came into the folk scene over the past seven decades or more, stand on Pete’s shoulders.

Hi Mike, That was lovely! Particularly loved hearing Penny sing "Had I A Golden Thread"... I'd heard Margaret MacArthur sing that some years ago and always loved it. Didn't know Penny had done it.
