Our theme on this edition of Stranger Songs is Songs of – or inspired by – Jesse Winchester (1944-2014). Jesse was a masterful singer-songwriter who grew up in the American South and lived most of his adult life in Canada. Jesse wrote most of the songs on this show, two songs were inspired by him.
