INSTITUTION is a collective of Winnipeg-based promoters, DJs, and electronic music lovers. Our mission is to promote the underground scene, support Canadian producers, DJs, labels, and promoters, and connect with the international progressive house and techno community.
The co-founders of INSTITUTION are 3 Winnipeg couples: Jen Horsman & Chris Andrew, Charity & David Lambert, and Liliana & Jeff Wills. But there is a larger collective of resident DJs, volunteers, ambassadors, event staff, and planners that make INSTITUTION possible.
