Soul jazz Orchestra. A real mainstay for Ottawa—saw them often at Jazz Fest.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I have always thought that Blood, Sweat and Tears is Canadian? Maybe some of them are? Just curious.

Oh, I’m so surprised. I thought for sure that they were Canada’s own. What I don’t know would fill a book.

Love this Colin James song. In 1997 I was listening to a lot of Colin James and the Little Big Band. That was quite the concert they put on at Bluesfest that year.

Hot Chocolate? As in Emailine, You Sexy Thing and Everyone’s A Winner Hot Chocolate? I never would have guessed.

Yes, Confederation Park when off duty from my volunteer shift, out in the hot hot sun eating French fries and chili-chocolate flavoured cookies—those were the days…….

Ace of Base…..this song reminds me of aerobics class in the 90’s.

I remember the tune better than aerobics classes ;-)
