Good evening everyone Welcome back to the year of 1995 (assuming of course that you are aged 29 or over.) For anyone who hadn't arrived on the scene quite by then, you're about to get a flavour of how 93.1 might have sounded. Enjoy the show :-)

Hopefully we'll all still be here in another 30 years, Shelley, to enjoy the 2024 equivalent!

Along with CKCU, I heard some of these songs on other radio stations. They seemed to be EVERYwhere—this in the days before you could call up a radio station online.

Yes, and CKCU too—celebrating its 80th anniversary. Who knows what it will look and sound like then.

What I don’t know could fill a book. All this time I was convinced that the Boo Radleys and Del Amitri were American groups. Now I know. I remember hearing them a lot on the radio in 1995.

But Shelley, what you DO know could fill an encyclopedia

The older I get, the more I realize there’s so much I don’t know. The Mighty 93 sure has expanded my musical knowledge. Champagne Supernova was listened to a lot in our household in 1995. I’m singing along now. Thanks for another great walk down Memory Lane.
