Dang! Sour Girl—love that song! I was downstairs when it was playing.

That's unlucky Shelley, so maybe you also missed that Sour Girl came from an album with a white star on a black cover followed by the David Bowie tune from Black Star whose cover is the exact opposite.

Yes, I’m really familiar with the song, but wondered what connection Sour Girl had with Black, White and Grey. Love this song Black and White. Inner Circle—same ones that did the COPS TV show theme? (Bad Boys, Whatcha Gonna Do…..)?

How to feel old…..1984….that was 40 years ago. I was singing along with Martha and the Muffins.

Can't answer that one Shelley, never seen either of those, seldom watch fiction TV shows.

It was a show that was really popular here in North America—it was like a ride-along with different police departments in the U.S. This show was where I first heard the word “cattywhompuss.” The show’s theme had a song with lyrics “Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they dome for you.” Some people might remember that one.
