You Can't Take IT with 2: Don't Bring Me Clown

This week, it's all about the adaptations of Stephen King's It. With Josh B. out of town at TIFF and thus forgetting that Pennywise exists until we call him, Josh M. welcomes Charles Hoppner of the band Valois to talk It (1990), IT (2017), and especially IT: Chapter Two (2019). Charles is more positive than Josh, but both are mixed. They wrestle with somewhat shoehorned gay themes, Tim Curry vs. Bill Skarsgard, winky ending talk, long runtimes, and which half of the story is more compelling.
