Strong Silent Type

In a world where media moves faster than ever it's a great opportunity to sit back and watch a highly critical, and influential spaghetti-western to readjust your thinking. The main topic today is Sergio Corbucci's The Great Silence (1968) and it's 50th anniversary restoration, with a little addendum about A Bullet for the General (1967) a western film that shares a Klaus Kinski in a starring role. Before all that the rep theatre film selection is covered with a focus on You Were Never Really Here (2018) and Borg vs. McEnroe (2017).
