The Kong who would be King

Mike and Josh went to see the number one movie of last weekend Kong: Skull Island (2017) current king of the box office. Our hosts didn't think it was too bad, but it certainly doesn't match the classic King Kong (1933). They talk about everything Samuel L. Jackson's performance to Ray Harryhausen's start in special effects. Watch out for minor spoilers as they start to go down the Legendary Pictures monster universe with hints to the future Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) and other classics as they get sucked into a Kaiju sized hole of speculation.
