We begin with a deep, emotional, and atmospheric set from MARÉVA, an Ottawa-based DJ and event organizer known for blending dark melodies, intricate drum work, and haunting vocals into bass-driven journeys that resonate on a physical and emotional level. Influenced by years spent across multiple continents and early immersion in Moscow’s D&B scene, her sound reflects a wide musical palette and a commitment to the deeper side of electronic music. https://soundcloud.com/djmareva We then move into a mix from DAN MEDLAND, a DJ with nearly 30 years of history in the House Music world. Originally from Ottawa and shaped by the legendary late-90s underground, from SONA, ARIA, and Stereo in Montreal to Industry and The Guvernment in Toronto. Dan learned his craft under Ottawa icons Neill MacLeod and Joe Juarez. His style is rooted in storytelling, rhythm, and a blend of house, tech, and tribal energy that consistently moves dance floors.
