After early days in Nu Disco and Indie Dance, discovering My Favorite Robot opened the door to a deeper, more emotional sound. The pandemic became a personal and artistic turning point when he shed his old alias Spot Ghis, he re-emerged as RE:SETER and found his true lane in Dark Disco, guided by his friend Alex Decker. Now based in Ottawa, RE:SETER has become part of the city’s vibrant underground, connecting with Music.Art.People, Amber Long, Dasa, and the House of Kink and Space Camp crews. His journey has taken him from Amsterdam’s ADE to Ottawa’s outdoor festivals and sound camps, with 2025 marking milestones like White Rabbit, Sideburn, and Black Rabbit Campout. This Halloween, he joins Rick Laplante for Black Rabbit Dark Disco at City at Night, and opens Noktural for Berlin’s Marc DePulse.
