Well hello everyone and I am back live and in living stereo here in the studios of Radio Carleton 93.1 CKCU FM for the first time in four weeks after a period of rest and recreation and competing at the recent 2018 Special Olympics National Summer Games in Antigonish Nova Scotia and did meet expectations but exceeded them by coming back to the Nation's Capital a two time National Gold Medal Winner in Track & Field and thanks to Chris, Bijon and Dav for setting up the best of Night Trax while I was away but its good to be back in the air chair live and I do welcome your questions and comments and congrats as well.
