Hello there everyone and welcome to a very special edition of Night Trax on this Christmas Day 2017 and as I look back on this year and the past 4 years almost, I thank each and everyone of you for supporting this show since my on air debut January 20th, 2014 and for my most successful fundraising effort for this past year's Funding Drive campaign with an impressive total of $661.00. There's a lot of people I have to thank for this year 2017 and for the past 200 Episodes of Night Trax. The wonderful staff and volunteers here at Radio Carleton CKCU FM 93.1 who have supported me since day one. My fellow members of the Orleans Alley Cats and athletes, coaches and volunteers with the Special Olympics Ontario - Ottawa District for you being there through my good days and not so good days. To my many friends and family especially my awesome big brother and my two favorite nephews and my late parents who sadly are not here physically but with me in spirit and they would be be pleased in what I have accomplished this year 2017 including competing in my very first summer provincials and earning medals, 2 gold and 1 silver and being selected to represent Team Ontario at the Special Olympics Canada Summer National Games in Antigonish, Nova Scotia this coming July 2018. To my fellow family, friends, athletes, fellow Alley Cats, listeners and everyone throughout the National Capital Region, Eastern Ontario, Western Quebec and Northern New York State, my wishes for a safe, happy, healthy holiday season, Merry Christmas, Season's Greetings and Happy Holidays to each and everyone and on this festive day help out those who might not have very much, very little or nothing at all and spread peace love joy and happiness and my wishes to all for happy and successful 2018. Congratulations on 200 episodes and a very successful year and a very successful for year writing for your show. You had a very successful year as an athlete with more to come in 2018!
