I’ve always noticed how jazz and classical musicians have such mutual respect and admiration for one another – classical musicians are often revered for their awesome technique, and a jazz musician for creativity and the ability to improvise. Sometimes classical artists write and play pieces with jazz sensibilities, while jazz artists will often try their hand at classical works.
