Mind you, you always have good guests, so I suppose that's a bit redundant. Perhaps instead I will say that I believe that the operational and political work that The Garden Spot is doing is wonderful. Given that there is precious little food on campus, The Garden Spot is a truly important activist project at Carleton (there are many places to get junk of all manner for very high prices, but very little that could be considered nutritious or healthy, and certainly nothing accessible financially on a regular basis for many students).
