Fing winter. Hi Benoit.

Winter's my friend, since I'm active enough and dress for it. Yes, there is cold. It can be slippery. And it takes 15 minutes to get dressed to go out. But it's also bright and pretty. Fun. Refreshing. And there are no mosquitoes, black flies or incessant sweats. I like it.

Greetings Benoit. You know Doug, it is astounding to me the frequency with which you have bad weather just when you trudge into the studio to present us with anothet "ticket to ride" that memory train down the tracks again. for some ass kickin' tunes of olde !! The driving is terrible; worst kiind of slick sludge. Wheeeeeee

All very good points, Benoit. Find it hard to argue any of the..............but you just can''t.........."Hear The Grass Grow" hahaha

N & DTDL: The roads are slick indeed. I actually took a small, slo-mo fall this morning while riding, which is what happens when you forget, and bank the bike a bit -- on snow-covered ice... No damage, I can take a small "fouille", as we say in French. I only end up worrying other people...

This Elton song does *sound* close to the first and second albums.

Really enjoyable show. Proof there's nothing wrong with "classic rock", except the same 100 songs being played all the time. On you-know-which-station.

I was not familiar with the "break parts" of 20th C. Schizoid Man. Neat.

You've played that April Wine cover of Crimson "Schizoid Man" a few before i believe (?). TAKES REAL GUTS to even attempt that one at all ... without being just totally lame and sorry-ass. This one is a rare really good cover!

That's exactly why I give it "their best recording" nod, Peter. King Crimson are in my top 5 bands ever, and sadly I never had an opportunity to see them live. Still breaks my heart. I eat up every live show on youtube lol to make up for it. 2 concerts in the last month actually. No surprise, your admiration for King Crimson, PeterB
