This week Gord Walker speaks with Roy Culpeper about the recent closing of Canada's North-South Institute after 38 as a result of discontinued federal government funding. NSI's closure will be a loss for both Canada and the global community. In 2011, 2012 and 2013 NSI was internationally recognized as the world's leading development think-tank with an annual budget under $3 million.
Roy Culpeper was President of NSI from 1995 to 2010.
