A busy weekend, and a musically stimulating one - how to reflect it in The Nightwatch? Well, to start, a (fruitless) search for Mike Watt and The Missingmen's LP 'Hyphenated Man' in honour of their phenomenal live performance this past Friday. Oh, well, I will buy it myself and play it the next Nightwatch. Still, no issue - The 4th Annual Ottawa Record Collector's Convention earlier this afternoon, and I came away with more than I could reasonably play, including the phenomenal 2xCD set of Embryo outakes spanning their entire career, which makes for a lovely feature, thank you very much. Afterwards, we finish the set in psychedelia and trance.
