Starting this edition of the Nightwatch with the premiere of the 2nd release (Boundaries) from one of my favourite local bands, the Night Watch... and finishing with a few live tracks of stunning Dane-rock: Papir, Live at Roadburn in 2014!
| Tonight we start this edition of the Nightwatch with a world Premiere! I have the 2nd Release from one of my favourite local bands, the Nightwatch (feat.: Evan Runge - Violin , Matt Cowan - Fretless Bass , Daniel Mollema - Drums, Percussion, Nathanaël Larochette - Guitars, wurlitzer). It's called 'Boundaries' (ironically titled, considering how few boundaries they observe, musically...), and it is my pleasure to bring it to you. Also to note: their Album Release Show is next Saturday, June 4th at Pressed cafe (remember, Pressed shows start early! If you want to catch it, the music starts 8:45pm!) They also have a shows on July 8TH (also at Pressed with a band from Newfoundlnd called Ouroboros) and Aug 5th at The Blacksheep Inn in Wakefield with Place Erupt and The Visit. |
