The Department of Imaginary Studies
Thursday March 17th, 2011 with Lightning Shouna, Froggy, and Radio Dude
High School Kids Replaced by Imaginary Studies Original Lineup

Colonel By Radio departs from the usual for the March Break/ St. Patrick's Day show. Join founding members of the Department of Imaginary Studies, Radio Dude, Froggy and Lightning Shouna (all under the age of 10), for music inspired by events in the Japan and the Middle East. Two newcomers to hockey discuss their observations after their first year as Atom C players in the West End League, Froggy enjoys some classic Dennis Lee and Shel Silverstein and tells some dinosaur jokes, and the kids take on Ghaddafi and other bullies. And beware: Lightning Shouna shares his ear worms. Shelnis Leeverstein? Denshel Silverlee? Be him. Write a poem that combines the best or the most interesting or enjoyable or thoughtful of Dennis Lee and Shel Silverstein. Send it in to us - check out our contact page at www.imaginarystudies.com
