The Wavelength
Monday May 27th, 2024 with Joe Reilly
A Lullaby for you tonight - a program of music that is about sleep, designed to induce sleep and hopefully just provides you with a lovely soundtrack for your evening. ZZZZZZZZZ.

Last week my son called during the show to say that his infant daughter was tuned in and falling asleep to the show... so I decided this week to put together an entire show that should help her... or anyone else for that matter fall asleep. Tonight's program is a musical mix of lullabies, ambient soundscapes, songs about sleep and songs designed to induce sleep. Hope you can stay awake for all of it. Thanks for listening. Flipped on the radio and heard big boys don’t cry. I said to myself “ It’s been a while since I’ve heard Joe on the radio.”

Hey Terry... and last week I mentioned how you turned me on to Brian Eno by playing "Julie With..." one afternoon when I was studying for exams. Thanks for that... still sticks with me about the power of radio and people turning me on to amazing music.

A few months ago, you were online with somebody else and you gave me a lot of credit which I really appreciate. I was a bit of a dick sometimes. I’ve since matured.
