In hour one we celebrate CKCU's 45th birthday and in hour two we explore some quiet, rhythmic, contemplative music to get you through a chilly November night. And then a couple of songs we send out to my Mom's spirit.
We open the show in a fun and bizarre fashion with the star of children's television... Peppa Pig... a perfect song to celebrate CKCU's 45th birthday... or at least the 45th anniversary of CKCU hitting the FM airwaves as the station existed as a closed circuit station on the campus of Carleton University before earning an FM licence from the CRTC.
So hour one is just a fun collection of songs to help celebrate 45 years of CKCU on the FM airwaves... with a little reminder to donate to our annual funding drive if you can by going to:

In the second hour we dial it down with some quiet, but still pretty rhythmic music and then we wrap up with some songs dedicated to memory of my Mom who died on November 15th, 18 years ago.
