Synapcity presents Community Connections, feat.: Neil Saravanamuttoo

We are excited to welcome Neil Saravanamuttoo to the Community Connections Podcast. Neil has been hard at work the last few years helping changemakers succeed in the active transportation and recreation space. He worked at Finance Canada for over 15 years and was also the Chief Economist at the Global Infrastructure Hub. Most recently, Neil has taken on the role of Deputy Director at the newly formed Canada wide non profit, City Shapes, where he works hand in hand with Catherine Mckenney who has also appeared on our podcast. Neil has worked tirelessly in the community, by encouraging active transportation and better use of public space as a co-founder of Parkways for People and his recent opposition to Lansdowne 2.0 which will leave the Lansdowne area with new skyscrapers, little to no tax revenue, and yet to be unseen profits from OSEG.
