This show celebrates the incredible contribution of the recently deceased EARL 'SPANKY' SMITH JR. (Also known by DJ SPANK SPANK, SPANKY or DJ PHUTURE.) He was one of the pioneers of the ACID HOUSE sound back in mid 1980's with DJ PIERRE. Their PHUTURE recordings contributed monumentally to the creation and development of a unique genre transcending House Music to influence producers in TECHNO, CHILL, GOA/PSYTRANCE, HARD TRANCE, TEKNO, GABBER/HARD CORE, even commercial POP disco with artists like RIHANNA. We can offer only some of his collaborations that have greatly changed the sound and tone of discotheque music everywhere.
