went to Lakehead U mid 60s with Fred & John Kelly....Fred is credited with starting the Red Power movement in Kenora by leading a protest march to Children's Aid office & city hall. He gave a talk one lunch hour on Res Schools...both had been captives ... bout 9 people showed up... John was Father of Wab Kinew, leader of NDP in Manitoba... So this has been known for a long time...it's gotten worse, IMO & my I. friends! They only make up 5% of voters so Politicians aren't really motivated. We must all be Allies!!!
