* The LYNNeS – Lynn Miles and Lynne Hanson – have released a lovely new duo album called "Heartbreak Song for the Radio". They have Canadian and European tours coming up.
* Ottawa-based singer-songwriter Dave King has released three albums in the last few years. His latest, "Life and Death", taps into emotions related to mortality, love and social justice. Purchase it on Bandcamp at daveking1.bandcamp.com.
* Thom Lambert and Wendell Ferguson are part of Winter Folk Camp 2018 taking place near Haliburton from March 2 to 5 – see www.winterfolkcamp.net
* MaryRose Lessoway, a Metis Elder originally from Alberta, makes some music selections and talks about our deep connection with nature. She has been learning and teaching Traditional Sacred Circle ways for 30 years, leading Medicine Wheel Circles, Women's Moonlodges, Drumming Circles, workshops and lectures.
