Crimes Against Music - Dedicated to the memory of Sandra Bland

The Sigma Omega chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. in collaboration with Black Lives Matter - Ottawa Coalition invites the Ottawa community in honoring the memory of Sandra Bland, who's horrific arrest and questionable death cannot and will not go unremembered and unnoticed. Sandra Bland at 28 years old was a bright and promising young activist, and active member of SIgma Gamma Rho Sorority.
The vigil will start promptly at 8:22pm around the Human Rights Monument footsteps from Ottawa's City Hall. All who plan to attend are encouraged to wear black, bring signs, flowers and candles in her memory.
