I particularly like how there are a few little "mistakes" on, for example, the flute/recorder playing, but they haven't overdubbed or edited them out.

Steve B: Yup, we're such that mistakes -- the human element, the very opposite of computers -- make music more interesting, pleasing, "real" for us. The funny thing is that often, musicians (esp. on stage) have a really hard time appreciating that feature: to them, it's an oops, a mistake, etc. Take the example of a complete flub: that song, once continued, will get the *strongest* applause from the audience. A sympathy-getter.
